Custom Shop

There is a fine line between building “custom”, and “semi-custom” boats. In our interpretation, custom boats are one-off, one-of-a-kind boats, that may even have a hull unique to that specific boat. Semi-custom is where the majority, if not all of the molds used to build the boat, are common to other boats. These basic components include hull, stringers, deck, sole, console, etc.

At Albury Brothers, we currently build individually equipped and stylized semi-custom fiberglass boats to fit each owner’s specific needs and desires. While all of our boats are based on the traditional simplicity of design of the early Albury Brothers custom wooden skiffs, many of our owners have opted to have us create sophisticated, functional, beautiful boats that are “just right” for them.

From custom consoles to livewells, custom colors and canvas to match the “big boat”, custom seating and styles, the list goes on. Bring us your ideas and we will do whatever we can, within reason, to fulfill your wishes and create the boat of a lifetime for your to enjoy and pass on to your children.
